Terms & Conditions
1. When you enrol at the school your child's classes will continue from term to term, if you would like to cancel your place Half a term's notice is required in writing & to be sent by the the half term. For example if you will not be returning in January half a terms notice is required in October / if you will not be returning in September half a terms notice will be required in May.
Cancellations will only be processed if they have been given during half term of the running term and via email to: accounts@primrosehillballet.co.uk
Cancellations will result in your details being removed from our system / website, if you would like to be removed from our mailing list please click the link at the bottom of the mailing form.
Cancellations received after half term of the running term can be processed, but Primrose Hill Ballet School reserves the right to charge a £35 late cancellation fee if the late cancellation reaches us before the renewal for the following term has been processed.
Cancellations received after the renewal for the next term has gone through can be processed, but Primrose Hill Ballet School reserves the right to charge 50% of the next term's fee in order to compensate for expenses and any other inconveniences caused by the late cancellation.
Cancellations received after a term has finished will not be processed and you will be charged the full term fee as our teaching staff, halls hired, etc for the next term are calculated on the basis of our student numbers.

2. If you fail to pay your invoice in time, Primrose Hill Ballet School reserves the right to add a late fee of 10%
3. A one off registration fee of £25.00 is charged when joining the school including a £5 health and safety fee to ensure studios are Covid-19 compliant. Please note that the enrolment fee will also be due to pay if you cancel your membership, but wish to return at a later point.
4. No refunds will be given on term fee’s show fees or exams fees for any reason, including school closure due to a pandemic or severe weather disruption beyond our control. If classes cannot run in the studio due to lockdown measures they will be moved online. Cancelled classes will be rescheduled, if you cannot make the rescheduled class refunds will not be given.
5.Term fees are not refundable, cannot be carried forward, and are not transferable from one child to another whether in the same family or not.
6. Please note that Primrose Hill Ballet School reserves the right to cancel any customer's renewal due to outstanding payments and remove them from the classes they signed up for without further notice.
7. Please ensure that all children are collected at the end of their classes by a parent or guardian. Please notify the teacher at the start of the class if someone else will be collecting your child
8. Primrose Hill Ballet School takes no responsibly for any student once they have left the studio.
9. Students are expected to wear the correct uniform to class and must have their hair tied back neatly off the face and all jewellery removed
10. All uniform must be purchased through the school
11. Primrose Hill Ballet School accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings whilst on the premises
12. Teachers at Primrose Hill Ballet Schools may use physical contact to support verbal instruction where appropriate (Suspended due to social distance measures)
13. Teachers at Primrose Hill Ballet School will administer basic first aid if necessary
14. If a student is required to take medication whilst participating in Primrose Hill Ballet Schools activities, parents/guardians should take full responsibility to ensure teaching staff are informed
15. All teachers are fully qualified professionals and DBS checked
16. A mandatory 4-6 terms must be completed before students will be considered for a RAD Ballet exam or an ISTD Tap/Modern exam. (At the teacher’s discretion)
17. Children develop at different rates and the teacher will advise parents when a pupil is ready to move up to the next level - the ages given are merely a guideline.
18. Sickness Policy - Children must not attend class if they are sick, failing this teachers may ask for the child to be taken home. Temperature checks will be made before every class, a temperature of 37.5 & above will result in the child being asked to go home.
19. Primrose Hill Ballet School will take no responsibility for sickness or injury in the studio or online classes (including Covid-19)
